At Hakuhodo, we strive for perfection in every brush; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, brushes that have been used or washed cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the unused brushes in their original individual sleeves and protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items to confirm their original condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
